                                                                                                      Script

Good evening! My name is Lenzell Green and I will be guiding through this relaxation process. The first thing that I want you to do is to find a comfortable place where you can lay your head down and prop your feet into a comfortable position. It can be a couch, loveseat, bed, chair, or floor. Once you find you that spot, close your eyes. Clear your mind. Think of the back of your eyelids as space and your traveling. There many different colorful stars. As you are traveling. focus on slowing your breathing. In………Out! In……..Out. Once you have established a slow, consistent breathing pattern, listen to your heart beat. One beat at a time, as the blood flows through your veins. Let your muscles relax. Ease all of the tension that is inside of your body. Instead of counting the day down as hours and minutes, narrow it down to seconds. 1……..2…….3…….4…..on and on until you feel yourself drift. Feel the relaxation of your body.

Now, imagine yourself on a boat in flowing in the middle of the ocean. Feel the boat, swaying your body back and forth………...back and forth, cruising through the waves. Here the Picture the sun is setting going into the evening with ray of light glowing on the water. Feel the cool ocean breeze as it passes by. As it blows, feel the calmness as it brushes against your skin, your hair, your face. Here the many different sounds. The waves and they sway back and forth. The Birds as they fish for dinner and chirp back to their nest. Smell the atmosphere. The salt. The water. The freshness.. Like the fresh smell of laundry fresh out the dryer. Feel it, as it travels through your nostrils like there is a cool mint in your mouth, as you continue to breath. 1…………2……..3…….4.

As I keep talking, continue to let your body sink into a deeper sleep. Continue to breath slowly. In…………Out. Take yourself to another calm nice place. Think of yourself in with a significant other, preferably a girlfriend, boyfriend or spouse. You take a walk around a nice lake. You hear the sounds of nature. Birds chirping, Insects squeaking, frog(ribbet), water running. The wind running through the trees, forcing each limb to move. You find an open spot to relax. Set up a nice pad or something to lay on. Hold hands. Look into the sky away from the sun. You see nice fluffy clouds. They are moving very slowly. Feel your body floating on that cloud while continuing to drift into deeper sleep. Now think of all the good times that you have had with your significant other. The time you first met. The time you first went out on a date. The first time you had sex. Think of the physical interactions. The touching. The kissing. The hugging. The positive emotions going through your body at those moments. Continue to let your body float and breath slowly. 1………………2………….3…………4.
